Sweet and Tangy Raspberry Bran Muffins

1 1/3 cup all purpose flour1 cup bran cereal5 tbsp non fat milk1/2 cup brown sugar1 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon1 cup non fat milk1 egg, beaten3 tbsp margarine1 cup raspberries2 tsp brown sugar
Mix the bran cereal and milk together, and let sit for five minutes or until absorbed.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the bran cereal and brown sugar, and mix well.
Mix the milk, egg and margarine together until blended, then add to the dry ingredients. Add the raspberries and fold.
Pour into greased and floured muffin tins, 2/3 full. Sprinkle with reserved brown sugar to create sweet crust.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, depending on your oven.
Makes 12 muffins.
