Corn Fritters

Ingredients
1 Egg1/2 cup of grated Cheese1 Can of Corn Kernels2 tsp Baking Powder1 Cup Plain Flour (Can be substituted for different type of flour).(Any grated vegetables that you want to add in)
Directions
1. Put the whole can of corn (including syrup) into a large bowl.

2. Add egg and beat with fork until egg is mixed thoroughly.

3. Add grated cheese and any vegetables and mix.

4. Add Baking Powder. Mix.

5 Add Flour. Mix until finished.

6. Cook on a low temperature, flipping when they are brown on one side.

7. Enjoy with a side of salad. :o)
