Ingredients
1 egg1 egg white1 slice turkey bacon, lightly cooked and cut up into small pieces1 oz low fat shredded cheese1 tbsp fat free half and half
Directions
spray muffin tin, preheat oven to 350
beat egg and egg white together, pour into 2 muffin cups, add chopped turkey bacon, and shredded cheese.
Top each cup with 1 the 1tbsp of non fat half and half.
cook for 15 minutes
