Easy Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1/2 cup of Whole Wheat flour1 tbsp of dried oregano or italian seasoning1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper1 tsp of salt2 tsp of butter or margarine1 large can of ready made marinara sauceParmesan CheeseMozzarella Cheese grated
Directions
Mix flour, oregano, salt and pepper in a shallow pan
Dredge chicken breasts lightly with flour mixture
Heat frying pan over medium heat and melt margarine in pan
Brown chicken breasts in frying pan
Pour the marinara sauce into the bottom of a shallow baking pan
Add browned chicken breasts on top of sauce
Sprinkle with parmesan and mozzarella cheese
Bake covered in 375 degree oven for 35 minutes
Uncover and bake for remaining 5-10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the centre
