Banana cranberry bran muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup wheat bran1 cup nonfat milk1 tbsp vinegar1 egg2 tbsp canola oil1 mashed banana2 tbsp molasses2/3 cup splenda1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 cup whole fresh or frozen cranberries
Directions
Mix milk, vinegar and bran. Allow to soak for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix egg, splenda, banana and molasses. Add bran mixture and mix well. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix. Fold in cranberries. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20-22 minutes.
