Chicken Achar

Ingredients
4 tbsp of cooking oil4 cloves of garlic, crushed 3 inch of ginger root, crushed4 tbsp of chili powder mix it with 10 tbsp of water2 unit of chicken thigh150 ml of distilled vinegar1/2 onions, sliced1 liter water5 tbsp sugar3 tsp salt
Directions
Heat the pan and put in the cooking oil. Saute the crushed garlic and ginger. Add in the premixed chili paste. Saute until they're cooked. Next, add in water, vinegar, salt and sugar. Let it boil for 3 minutes.

Add the chicken and let it boil for another 15-20 minutes. Finally, add in the sliced onion and let it boil for 1 minute.
