sweet potato pudding

sweet potato-2non fat milk-1cupricotta cheese-100gms
Directions
skin and cut sweet poato in cubes.
boil in milk, stirring ocassionaly.
add crumbled ricotta cheese , when potato is well mixed in milk.
cook for 2-3 minutes at low heat.
makes 4 half cup servings
