Tumeric Roasted Garbanzo Beans - Hypoallergenic/Paleo/E-Diet Friendly

Ingredients
1 can Garbanzo Beans OR 1.5 cups cooked;1.5 Tbs. Coconut Oil2 tsp. TurmericSalt to taste.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450.

Rinse and drain (and dry if possible) the beans. Then toss in a bowl with oil and turmeric and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Roast for 10-15 minutes before mixing and turning and then roast for 15 minutes more (or until they are slightly crispy).

Serving Size: Makes 4, heaping 1/4 cup servings.
