Beef Tips and Rice

Ingredients
2lbs-ish of Stew Meat (if only cooking for 3 or 4, or you don't like it really beefy, use 1lb)1 Family Size can of Cream of Mushroom Soup (or 3 small cans)1 package of Lipton beefy onion soupbrown rice or noodles whichever your preference
Directions
empty can of cream of mushroom into slow cooker.
brown meat in a pan, add to slow cooker (this ensures that the meat is tender and juicy)
add pack of beefy onion mix... you can add a little water if you like, i usually do about 1/2 can of water (small can), but the juice from the meat helps it.

cook in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. :)
