Beet and carrot soup

Ingredients
4 medium beets boiled, chopped5 medium carrots, peeled, chopped1 onion, peeled and quartered1 carton chicken broth2 cloves of garlic,whole1 tbsp curry powder (optional)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
put all ingredients in crockpot for 8 - 10 hours on low. when finished cooking, use immersion blender to blend (or put all soup in blender). At salt and pepper after blending.
