Light white mash

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, separated into florets3 med baking potatoes, peeled & diced1/2 stick margarine or butter1 cup milkGarlic salt to taste
Directions
Cut up the cauliflower and potatoes, and steam or boil for ~40 minutes or until tender. Mash in a big bowl, add milk and butter and blend well.

Serving Size: Makes about 6 1-cup servings
