Yogurt Delight

Ingredients
Yogurt, all bran flakes, raspberries, blue berries, 1/3 of a banana. Added cinnamon is optional
Directions
add about 1 cup of fat free yogurt of any flavour to a small bowl. mix in some frozen berries and slices of banana and about 1/2 cup of all bran and stir. Enjoy (you can sprinkle cinnamon on top if you want!)
