1.2 lb ground turkey; cooked with seasonings to make "sausagey" - salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, splenda, squirt of maple syrup, degreased and crumbled/diced2 bags of frozen peppers & onions20 oz. hash browns, frozen3/4 cup cheese, shredded (mix of pepper jack & habenero)1 carton of egg beaters - approx 7 eggsSalt & Pepper to tasteSiracha
1. Grease or use a crock pot liner.
2. Layer ingredients starting with frozen hash browns followed by meat, onions, peppers, and cheese.
3. Repeat layer twice.
4. Beat the eggs, salt, pepper, and siracha together.
5. Pour over the layered ingredients in the crock pot (ensure everything gets moistened well)
6. Cover. Cook on Low for 7 hours.
