Ground beef, extra lean, 4 ozOnions, raw, 1 medium Spaghetti Squash, 2 cup (pre-cooked and scraped from the rind)Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 2 cupTomato Sauce, 1 cup (1 small can)Egg, fresh, 3 large*2 tsp Italian SeasoningGarlic powder, 1.5 tspParmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbspMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz, shreddedSalt and pepper to taste
Mix everything together in a mixing bowl except the Mozzarella.
Pour the mixture into a small 8x8 casserole dish and top with the shredded mozzarella.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes at 400F.
