Baked Flounder Fillets

Ingredients
Flounder (fish), 8 filletsLemon juice, 1 tbsp Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend Original, 1/2 tsp.Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Place flounder fillets in a shallow baking dish.
Set oven at 350 degrees.
Melt butter and mix in lemon juice and seasoning blend.
Pour mixture over fillets.
Sprinkle cayenne pepper on fillets.
Bake, turning over once after 10 minutes.
