Low Fat Apple Loaf

Ingredients
1 egg2 tbsp soft brown sugar (unpacked, light or dark)2 Apples, grated with juice1.25 cups flour1.5 tsp baking powder0.25 tsp bicarbonate of sodaDash of salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 175C and grease a loaf tin.
2. Mix all the wet ingredients together. No need for whisking or beating.
3. Sift in the rest of the ingredients and mix until flour is just incorporated.
4. Bake for 45-55 minutes on a low heat. Check at 45 with a skewer (should come out clean).
