Chicken Chili w/Zucchini and Eggplant

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Chicken 1 cup chopped onion1 cup sliced/diced celery2 cups chopped zucchini1 cup chopped eggplant1 tsp salt1 tbsp cayenne pepper4 tbsps chili powder1 can tomato sauce1 can Rotel tomato (Chili Fixins)1 can Rotel tomato (original)1 cup Goya Pink Beans
Directions
Crumble and cook the ground chicken in a skillet;

While the chicken is cooking, place the remaining ingredients in your crockpot;

When the chicken is finished cooking, add to your crockpot;

Place cover on crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours
