Broiled Salmon Filet

Ingredients
Atlantic Salmon (fish), 14.4 ozsMrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 6 tsp Grape seed oil, 4 tbsp
Directions
Rub lemon pepper onto filet, drizzle 1/2 the oil on first side and gently rub it in. Flip over and repeat. Set broiler to HI and place rack about 4 inches from heat. Place filet in center of pan and cook for about 10 mins per inch of thickness.
