Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup white flour1/2 cup almond flour1/4 cup flax meal5 ripe bananas3 tsp egg replacer4 Tbl water1/4 cup olive or canola oil1/4 cup coconut oil1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 cup honey1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Preheat oven 350. Mix egg replacer and water. Let sit for 3 minutes in large mixing bowl. Add all ingredients and mix well. Drop into lined muffin cups and bake 350 for 20 min.
