3/4 cup shortening (Crisco), softened1 cup dark brown sugar, packed1/2 cup granulated sugar1 egg1/4 cup water1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup flour1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. soda3 cup quick oatmeal1/2 cup Nestle Dark Chocolate Chips1/2 cup Diamond Chopped Walnuts 1/4 cup fresh coconut shavings (bag type)
Beat shortening, sugars, egg, water & vanilla together until creamy. Sift together flour, salt & soda. Add to creamed mixture. Blend well. Stir in oats. Stir in Dark Chocolate Chips, Walnuts & Coconut Shavings.
Spray cookie sheet with flour spray , preheat oven to 350 degrees baked 12-15 min.
