Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 cup Oatmeal, uncooked1.25 cup White Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Baking Powder3/4 tsp Baking Soda3/4 cup 2% Milk1/3 cup Palm Coconut Sugar (or substitute Brown Sugar)1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1 egg white80 Ghiradelli Chocolate 60% Cacao Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (about 1 cup)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line muffin pan with 12 paper baking cups. Mix together oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda. Add milk, sugar, applesauce, egg white, and chocolate chips. Mix just until combined (don't over-mix). Bake 15 minutes.
