6 links Butterball Italian Turkey Sausage Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 0.75 cup, chopped*Potato, raw, 2 cup diced*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 3 tbsp*Caraway Seed, 1 tspSage, ground, 1 tspGarlic powder, 1 tbsp*Onion powder, 1 tbsp*98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can condensed1 tsp paprika (optional)
Cook rice as package directs. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil, then sautee the onions and peppers until soft. Add the potatoes, sausage, and seasonings. Cover, and let cook for about fifteen minutes, until the potatoes are soft. Add the can of condensed soup and blend well to coat all ingredients in the skillet. Serve over the cooked rice.
