Sugar Free Vanilla Spice Custard

Ingredients
5 cups water5 eggs1/4 cup splenda1 tbsp Vanilla 1/4 tsp Salt1 tsp Nutmeg2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven 350 F
In a blender mix 3 cups hot tap water (save remaining water), eggs, powdered milk, splenda, vanilla, 1/2 tsp nutmeg (save other half), 1 tsp cinnamon (save other half) pulse until smooth.
fill 6 oz custard dishes, place in a pan fill around dishes with remaining water, sprinkle remaining cinnamon and nutmeg on tops of filled custard dishes. Bake 40 min +/- until custard is set. (may use larger single baking dish in a bath just extend the baking time) Remove from oven. serve warm or cooled. (I prefer chilled overnight)
