Ingredients
8 oz pickerel Fillet 1 cup Flour, Whole wheat1/2 cup Bread crumbs seasoned (panko) 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tlbsp2 tbsp butter
Directions
place flour bread crumbs in large plastic bag place fish in bag and coat.. shake well after coating.. place in frying pan with hot oil and butter...cook until golden brown
