Basic Sweet potato chips

Ingredients
5" Sweet potatoOlive oil spray SaltAny other seasoning desired.
Directions
Preheat oven at 400

Line pan with foil and spray with olive oil

Cut sweet potatoes with mandolin into thin chips and place on pan in a single layer.

If pans are on separate shelves switch them at 5 minutes. Then at at ten minutes flip chips over cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove from pan and let cool. Store in individual baggies for a quick portion controlled snack.
