Ingredients
Vital wheat gluten, flour, garlic, olive oil
Directions
mix gluten and flour until dough. knead 7 mins. Let rise 15 min. Roll dough thinly and in cylinder. Wrap tightly with cheese cloth/any cloth. Boit in vegetable broth (a carrot, onion and celery in pot). 2 hrs.
Cool. Unroll into strips. Mix with olive oil and garlic. Let sit overnight.
Sautee in skillet 4 mins.
