Healthy Slow Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup

Ingredients
3-4 potatoes, peeled and cubed1 cup water1/4 cup all purpose flour1 garlic clove (or 1 TBLS of minced garlic)2 cans of fat free chicken broth1 cup of cheddar cheese- cubed or shredded1 cup of skim mozzarella cheese- cubed or shredded1 TSP crushed red pepper1 TSP onion powdersalt and pepper to taste(optional) a pinch of curry
Directions
mix all ingredients into a slow cooker (crock pot). Cook for 3-4 hours on high, 6-8 hours on low. Enjoy!

*** the cooking time can vary greatly with slow cookers, if you are unsure and can not watch it, start out on the slow setting- you can always turn it on high later :)

    This was the worse recipe...I thew it out as soon as it was done and had to go too the store and make real potatoe and cheese soup. The cheese from the recipe stuck to my crockpot and the potatoes did not cook very well. I was mortified when i saw the soup after it was finished. - 11/7/10
