Chicken Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
2 c. cooked chicken breast cut up1 pint light sour cream1 10 3/4 oz. can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 1/2 cup cooked egg noodles (3/4 cup uncooked)2 boxes stove top stuffing mix prepared3/4 cup 2% milk
Directions
Par boil chicken. Make noodles according to package instructions. Make stuffing mix according to package instructions. When chicken is done, cut into bite sized pieces and put in the bottom of a 13x9x2-in. baking dish. Mix milk, sour cream and soup in a small bowl, spread over chicken. Top with egg noodles. Spoon stove top over noodles. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Makes approximately 8 1 1/2 cup servings.
