Low Carb Cream Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
2 oz. Cream Cheese (Not lowfat, just regular)2 Eggs1 Packet Stevia (or any sweetener)1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Put 1/4 of contents into greased/buttered pan.. Cook until golden, flip and repeat.

Pleasant replacement for the real thing - with NO sleepy feeling afterwards!
