1 bag (24 oz) diced frozen potatoes (with peppers and onions if desired)2 tubs Knorr Chicken Homestyle Stock5 cups water1 can Cream of Chicken Soup3 Tbps bacon bits1 block Neufchatel Cream Cheese
Place all items (except cream cheese) in crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Cube cream cheese and add to crockpot. Stir until melted into soup.
