Banana Protein Bread

Ingredients
2 Bananas, mashed1 Cup oat flour2 Scoops Amp Vanilla Whey Protein1 Cup nonfat Greek yogurt3 Egg whites1/4 Cup of unsweetened applesauce6-8 Packets of Splenda2 tsp vanilla extractPinch of salt1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place bananas in mixing bowl and mix until you have a pudding-like texture
Add all remaining ingredients, except nuts, to bowl and mix well. Fold nuts into batter. Prepare 8 x 8 dish by spraying with nonstick spray. Place batter in dish and bake for 30-40 minutes or until center is completely cooked.

Serving Size: Makes 16 pieces, 2 pieces per serving.
