Hearty Vegetable Soup (Jan's)

Ingredients
1 Tbs Olive Oil2 Med. Carrots sliced2 Med. Celery sliced1 Med. Yellow Onion diced1 Small Zucchini sliced4 Cups 99% fate-free Chicken Broth1 15 oz Can of Diced Tomatoes1/2 15 oz Can of Tomatoe Sauce1 15oz Can Red Kidney Beans rinsed and drainedAdditional Water for desired consistencyItalian Seasonings (1-2 tsps)1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper flakes
Directions
Saute vegetables in olive oil over medium heat. Add spices. Add broth, tomatoes, tomatoe sauce and beans. Let simmer until vegetables are tender. Add water if neccessary.
