Kale Vegetable soup

Ingredients
Carrots 300g slicedCelery 1 cup slicedOnion 1 cup slicedTomatos 400g (tinned chopped)Kale 3 oz4 vegetable stock cubes (100g)1 tsp red pepper/cayenne
Directions
Boil thinly sliced veggies and kale till tender. Add tomatos, veg cubes and red pepper.Simmer for 5 more minutes, allow to rest off the heat. Enjoy on a cold winter day to warm right up and be filled with joy!!!!!
