Ingredients
1 c bulgur3 c chopped parsley2 plum tomatos, chopped1/2 medium onion, chopped2 cloves garlic mincedlemon juiceolive oil
Directions
Soak the bulgur in 2 cups of salted boiling water for about 30 mins. The bulgur will absorb the water, drain any excess water. Chop up all other ingredients add to bulgur then throw in 3 tbsp of olive oil and the juice of a lemon. Salt and pepper to taste.
