4 cups imitation crabmeat1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped sweet red pepper3 large egg whites2 cups skim milk1 tbsp garlic powder2- 8 oz 0% plain Greek Yogurt
Crumble and lay the imitation crab meat on the bottom of a 9X9in pan. In a medium bowl mix together onions, peppers, egg whites, skim milk, garlic powder, and Greek Yogurt. (I find that electric hand beaters smooth all the ingredients together best). Pour mixture over the meat evenly and bake in oven at 350 degrees for approx. 30 mins until top is golden brown.
