Gluten free sugar free cornbread

Ingredients
Ingredients:Yellow Cornmeal, 1.25 cupRice flour, brown, 1.25 cupMilk, 1%, 1.25 cupEgg, fresh, 1 Baking Powder, 1 tspSalt, .5 tsp*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together.
Make a well in the center and add the wet ingredients. Mix wet into dry, do not over mix (about 50 strokes).
Pour into a well greased pan (circular or square cake pan or, 9X 13 ).
Bake at 375F for 25-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
