lasagna deer sausage/ground deer burger

Ingredients
deer sausage, ground deer meat, marinara suace, ricotta cheese, oven ready lasagna noodles, organo, basil leaves, mozzarella cheese, egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. brown grown sausage and burger in pan. Rinse and add to marinara sause. in small seperate bowl put 2 cups of ricotta cheese, egg, orageno, basil leaves and frozen spinach which should be thawed and dried. Pour 1 cup of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. then with three noodles place in dish not touching because they will expand. spread ricotta mix in thin layer over each noodle then top with meath sauce. repeat with the next 3 layers which should be total of 3 rows with 4 noodles stacked high. Top the last meat layer with mozzarella cheese. bake for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. uncover last 15 minutes. remove and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
