15 oz. canned pumpkin3/4 c. white sugar3/4 c. brown sugar1/2 c. applesauce, unsweetened1 tbsp. canola oil1/2 tsp each: cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg1/2 tsp each: baking soda and salt1 apple, peeled and diced1 c. white flour1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
Blend pumpkin and sugars together. Mix in applesauce and oil. Add spices, soda, and salt. Stir in apples. In separate bowl, mix flours together. Add flour to wet mixture. Mix carefully. Pour into greased loaf pan.
