Philly "Steak" Subs

Ingredients
4 Portobello mushroom caps sliced lengthwise1 large green pepper, sliced1 large red pepper, sliced2 Tbs Olive Oil1 can Beef Broth6 French Rolls6 slices Swiss Cheese
Directions
Saute sliced veggies in olive oil and beef broth until desired tenderness.
Spoon mixture over sliced french rolls and top with slice of swiss cheese.
Put under broiler until bread is slightly toasted and cheese is melted.
