Quick Chicken Liver pate'

250grams of Chicken liversStick of butter3 cloves garlicSprig of sagePinch of salt and pepper1 tsp Lemon juice! Tsp Sherry2Tsp Greek Yogurt
Fry chicken livers till brown with butter.
Smash with a fork till crumbly.
Add sage,garlic,lemon juice,salt and pepper and a dash of sherry.
Fold in the Greek yogurt.
Chill and serve with melba toast or fresh bread.
Serving Size: small bowl
