Redgale Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon (213 gm), drained1 egg.5 cups oat bran1 Tbsp lemon juice2 Tbsp sweet peppers1 Tbsp dill weed
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Fry at medium heat until browned on both sides. Serve with mayo or dill sauce.
