Shredded Chicken Salad

Ingredients
16 oz shredded chicken, cooked6 tbsp mayonnaisesalt and pepper
Directions
Boil 16 ounces skinless chicken breast until it's white all the way through. Shred the chicken with forks. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Makes 32 servings of 2 tbsp. Goes well on a sandwich with lettuce and such.

    Thanks for doing the homework for me this is exactly how I do it. But I add vegetables to the chicken and mayo. (onions etc.) Plus I use FF Miracle whip. - 7/29/09
