1 cup Quinoa1/2 Cup Coffee Mate FF Vanilla1/2 Cup of Milk1 Cup Water3 TBSP Brown Sugar2 TBSP Crushed Walnuts1.5 TBSP Butter1.5 Banana's MashedMash Banana's and set asideMix brown sugar and walnuts together in a small bowl.Make sure you spray your crockpot with cooking spray or use this trick: Put water in your crockpot (not from the recipe) and then set a casserole dish inside the crockpot and mix/crock recipe in that. It allows the recipe to get the moisture without creating a film or being overyly runny.Mix quinoa, creamer, milk, water and butter in crockpot. Add banana and distribute evenly. Finally, add walnut/brown sugar mix and stir. Let cook on low 4-6 hours.Alterations: If you don't want to use Coffee Mate, use cream and vanilla extract. You can also substitute almond/soy milk. Another suggestion was to use Coffee Mate Sugar Cookie Creamer (but this was not available).
