Heavenly Sugar Free Banana Mousse

- 2 ripe medium bananas- 1 cup heavy whipping cream - chilled- 1 tablespoon erythritol- .25 teaspoon good tasting stevia
1. In a blender, blend bananas with erythritol and stevia.
2. In a bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff. ( Do not over beat)
3. Fold in the pureed bananas into the whipped cream.
4. Put into serving glasses and chill for 2 hours.
5. I decorated mine with bitter chocolate shavings.
Serving Size: makes 4 .5 - cup servings
