Carrots, raw, 500 grams Celery Root, 400 gram(s) Onions, raw, 200 grams Olive Oil, 0.25 cup Sunflower Oil, 0.25 cup *Crushed Chillies, 0.5 tsp Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (Tomato Paste, 0.5 can (6 oz) (
Grate carrots and celery root (not too thin), slice onions. In large skillet heat mixed oils. Add onion and cook until transparent. Add mixed carrots and celery root, cook until wilted. Add chilies and water. Simmer under cover for 20 min. Add tomato paste, cook another 3-4 min.
