Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes Garlic, 3 cloves Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Basil, 1 tbsp Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp Angel hair pasta 4 cup
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add broccoli, zucchini, and mushroons and saute for 5 minutes. Add in spices and chicken broth. Let simmer for 5 minutes then add cherry or grape tomatoes. Simmer until the tomatoes are heated (about 2 minutes). Toss with pasta and serve.
