Chobani Roasted Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
1 cup Chobani Vanilla Not-fat Greek Yogurt8 cups chopped butternut squash1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp. each ground nutmeg and kosher salt2 tbsp. olive oil1 medium onion chopped3 cloves of garlic, minced8 cups 99% fat free chicken brothBlack pepper
Directions
In a baking dish toss squash with spices, salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Roast in 400 degree oven for 12 minutes. In a large pot over medium high heat, cook onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil until tender. Add squash and cook 5 minutes. Add broth and simmer 30 minutes. Turn off heat and cool 10 minutes. Transfer 1/3 of soup to blender. Add 1/3 cup Chobani and puree until smooth. Repeat twice. Re-warm and serve.
