Kale, apricot, nectarine, banana, smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups of tea1 cup of crushed ice2 cups of kale2 small apricots2 small nectarines1 small banana, slightly green is good1/2 cup red cabbage1/2 cup borlotti or any beans1 1/2 tsp ginger1 tsp spirulina1 tsp organic red maca powder1 tsp chlorella1 tablespoon flax1 tablespoon chia seeds
Directions
Put it all in a good quality blender and puree for a good 5 minutes or more as needed, to make it into a smoothie. Add stevia as sweetner, according to your own personal tastes. Enjoy for a nutrition packed breakfast.
