Low Sodium, Low Cholesterol Pizza

Low Sodium Pizza Crust*8 oz baby bella mushrooms, sliced8 oz shitake mushrooms, sliced1 large onion, sliced4 cloves garlic, diced2 green peppers, sliced1 red pepper, sliced1 can no salt added diced tomatoes1 Tbsp tomato paste1 15 oz Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese*https://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calories.asp?recipe=2308035
1. Chop desired amount of garlic, onions, green peppers. Saute in 1 Tbsp oil. Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste and simmer until desired consistency.
2. Saute remaining sliced onions, garlic, peppers, and mushrooms in remaining oil until ready to build pizza.
3. Divide pizza crust int two parts. Roll out and place on pans. Top with sauce, veggies, and ricotta cheese.
4. Bake at 400 degrees for about 13 minutes.
