Lazy cabbage rolls

Ingredients
2 cups shredded Cabbage1/2 C canned mushrooms1 1/2 tin Hunts tomato sauce (low salt)1/2 cup dice onion1/4 C dice celery3/4 C diced green pepper1 tin of low sodium beef broth 10oz1 cup long grain rice
Directions
use 8 C. cassarole dish.
oven 350 for 30 min

1.put shredded cabbage in bottom of dish.
2. put beef broth with equal water and rice on to cook.
3 .fry up ground beef in non stick skillet with onion, green pepper and celery.
4. once ground beef is cooked add mushroom mix well and remove from heat.
5. take cooked rice and mix with meat mixture and and tomato sauce , mix well
6. take mixtue and spoon on top of cabbage.
put into oven and cook.

    ingredient amounts seemed to be off, and the cabbage really was too crisp for my taste. Also no amount was given for the beef. Did not enjoy, will not make again. - 2/12/08
